Let taninverse(x) = t
So x = tan(t)
Or dx = sec^2(t)*dt
So integral becomes t2sec2(t)dt from 0 to pi/4 Now solve this by parts in two steps

i dont mean to be rude, but this sum has already been discussed umpteen number of times that it is WRONG!
