here goes my solution
take e^x=t
dx=dt/e^x
x=log t
now we have to integrate (e^x will cancels out)
log log t dt
integrating by parts u will get
t log log t - ( integration of) 1/log t dt
again integrating by parts
t log log t - t/log t + t^/3
putting value of t =e^x
ans... e^xlog x - e^x /x + e^3x/3

the question can be solved using integration by parts. the formula is integral uv=u*integralv-integral du*integral v
|

use intergration by reduction method.
i'll take some time to get the proof.. but ya try finding out the reduction method from any book
