its a long but general method,

cos2

=2cos²

-1

cos²

=(cos2

+1)/2

as cos2

=sin2

_{[ 0]}

^{[pi ] (}cos2

+1)/2=[(sin2

/2)+

]/2 from 0 to pi

. .

/2.

You have given the same question 2 times .

I thought your question was integration of Cos^2theta in limits 0 to

2pi. Check the answer in the other mail.
