Just put lnx=t then x=et and dx=etdt. So,the integrand becomes
[lnt+1/t2]etdt=et[lnt-1/t+1/t+1/t2]dt
whose integral is et[lnt-1/t]+c=x[ln(lnx)-1/lnx]+c.
