arihant is a really cool book for calculus..it has earthshaking problems and is a very very good practise..
but the solutions given sometimes are crap and mosly even trivial sums are done a page or two(duno if the author is an idiot as the trivial nature is clearly seen)
and a few(not many) are really n completely wrong Qs and are not print mistakes...so if you can correct the sums urself u can go ahead fearlessly..
the whole messege is to say that some of the sols n probs of arihant are not realy corect so if u don solve or understand them u don have to worry..
and talking about arihant..the vectors and 3d geo thng by amit agarwal is a cool collection but has terrible mistakes..a typical example of wat i was saying earlier..
and besides these buks don giv a clear explanation of the concepts whch myt b needed in an emergency(in case of confusion or iregularity to coll)
this buk is worth the buck..though
u could also try calculus from pearson ed written by thomas and finney..it gives really hot concepts and makes u a champ and not only abt calc it also has other really basic n elementary prerequisites and also contains vectors conic sections etc..a real gem of a book..
