THE EQUAT.4 REAL GAS AT CONSTANT TEMP. IS GIVEN BY
P=nRT/V-nb -an^2/V^2
a,b,n&r are constant .find dP/dV at constant temp.T

We have to find dP/dV at constant T.

P = nRT/(V-b) - an2/V2

To obtain dP/dV : differentiate both sides of this equation wrt V and keep T constant on RHS.

(dP/dV)T = nRTd(1/(V-b))/dV - an2d(1/V2)/dV

(dP/dV)T = -nRT/(V-b)2 + 2an2/V3
