Do you mean Brisingr by Christopher Paolini ...
The book is quite new ... I dont think so the ebook will be available online

Yep its available alright but I didn't enjoy ELDEST though I liked ERAGON so I won't buy it, in case it turns out to be a waste of money. But I asw it in a bookshop and took a peek and discovered who Eragon's father is...;-)
I'll borrow it sometime coz I really want to know what happens to Eragon and Arya..
