WHENEVER I WANT TO SEE MY ACCOUNT USAGE THEY DIRECT TO ME A PAGE THAT ASKS ME
MY PORTAL ID AND PASSWORD
WHAT IS ACTUALLY PORTAL ID
AND HOW TO ACCESS THE ACCOUNT USAGE

to access ur bsnl account go to :10.240.144.195/webLogin.jsp
there write ur username and password.

then may be the server of ur area is under repearing . try some day later.
with me also this happened few days back when this bsnl site was not opening. now its opnening in my computer.
if ur opening in mozilla firefox then it will not open. open it in IE

when u got ur net connection, u were handed a paper from BSNL
that paper possessed ur dataone id, ie, user id
and also ur portal id

first of all dont give ur id and password to anyone u fool. anyone can misuse it.

THEY REQUIRE THE SAME PORTAL ID AND CONFIGURATION
I HV TRIED IT
DOESNT WORK THAT WAY

@ Go to www.dataone.in.
@ Look for "Dataone Account Administration".
@ Go there, enter your username and password.
@ Take the "Service Records" and voila !!
