nthng , take a cup of coffee or juice....wash ur face and go back to study
or take a walk fr 10 mins....ya play a pc game (nt a long 1)...

I always like to walk in rain as no one can see me crying there :(

stay calm watch some t.v or read some novel see the mind gets dizzy due to continously doing the same task the moment you shift your feild of thinking your mind refreshes you could also try to change subjects you study like after studying physics for half an hour shift our mind towards mathematics or you could eat some delecious stuffs

hey hav a cup of ginger tea ( it does wonders ) or coffee.....its ur choice!! but not toooo many .....!!! u can also go out for some time and breathe some fresh air.........or listen to some music..... also hav adequate sleep..... always study wid fresh mind.....u wud njoy ur study n will also b able to complete it well.........!!!

Best way to relax is to meditate. Once u start meditating thn ur stress levels will go down automatically and so ur concentration improves.
In the break time of ur study u hav to relax but not in a way that deviates ur mind (lik tv or pc games etc..i feel so) thn the mind set will not be changed
u can include some streching and bending exercises as ur muscles need relaxation
I think coffe or tea is not good as they activate the nervous system , may be fruit juce will help..

i had a technique in mind which did wonders for me.when you are low and dont feel like studying,just first of all sit straight and bring a natural smile on your face. then start imagining the day when u will crack IITJEE. feel the happiness in your parent's eyes. feel the noise of clappings that u will get from your relatives. and believe me it will work............................ see in imagination your pic in the newspaper......... and then u will automatically feel rejuvinated to study
