Now, what really intrigues me is the similarity of this series with tanx and tanhx, Can it be represented as a sum/product of trigonemtric terms?

this was one of the methods i was trying to attempyt in the exam with but was pretty useless since the series wasn't known to me...yes lemme consider that now

yes, forgot to mention that point. At first I didnt notice the similarities, but after a close inspection at expansion of tanx and tanhx, it got me thinking hard.

true, cbse doesnt even accept l'hospital rule. would be a miracle if this method was accepted.

i got another way,
apply simpsons approximation rule for definite integrals (check wikipedia)
the anwser thru this approx and the answer from the calculator vary by aroun 0.001 or 0.01 (i dont remember)
