Give ur opinion on the new reservation system for higher studies commended by SC.
Mine is that it simply SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should feel your preparation of the subject complete only when you are able to reproduce the solutions of the problems without consulting the solutions in the book. |

Reservation system must b based on economic background not on d caste basis!!!!!!!!!!!

it came in the news...students whose parent's annual income is more than 2.5 lacs. will be exempted from the OBC quota

that is just a recommendation
the final decision on this is laid to the parliament
and the truth is that i believe that their should be no quota at all .................... its just a vote gaining game by out bloody politicians
it is yet not decided whether 49.5% quota will be implemented from this year or no
now lets just wait and see ......................... such a bad news to know just 2 days before exam

it is very unlucky. at a time where the whole world is making so much of advancement in all fields we r still in giving reservations.
50% reservations is too much this makes the general category students chances and hopes of getting into iits very difficult
reservations shud only b made on economic basis

Its 200% sure that it ll b there..... as bill has been assd earlier
only....
the only thing was supreme court decision .......which cam up
today itself.....
& onething more.....this qouta is nt gonna effect seats in IIT....as they r
increasin them by openin 3 more iits & now totl seats ll b arnd 8000......
in which 4000 wld b 4 generl categry....
bt where it ll effect is.......in NITs.......where no. of seats r same.......bt quota has incrsd.........:(

who said it didnt suck! it is the worst decision by a pack of doddery fools calling themselves supreme court judges and abt sunip's 2.5 lak income, thats just crap some politicians r saying that theyll fite 4 inclusion of the creamy layer as well this cntry has nothing called justice IT SUCKS!

I think from now on the general catagory requires reservation!
i mean just look at the numbers.
In UPTU only 15% seats are left fror general boys and in this all other people are included.
