one simple method is to change the date in ur PC!!
just double click on the clock and change the date back to some previous date.... (i think it should be done before the demo version expires)

I think in demo version expiry depends upon no. of days it has been used so i don't agree with Neeraj

sometimes changing the pc date and the time.. can also be useful...
for some softwares...
sometime ago.. my brother had done this.. he made the pc date lag behind by 10 years and the software will now officially xpire after 10 years.. he he he he ..
what a way to fool the softwares /...
