ur question is confusing : )
i think god made the world perfect but mankind has ruined in with a lot of accompanying sadness. the only way to change it is 4 mankind 2 stop sinning. my answer is so philosophical coz i m not able to pinpoint just one thing that mankind must change 4 the better. it's truckloads of stuff...which i collectively reffered to when i said "sin"

my one change wud be nobody shud die due to hunger
accidents , attacks , sickness , blasts may/maynt be there
bt everyone must get 2 meals a day
