[Unofficial Poll] Reservation in institutes.... shud be or shudnt be??????

None

u all must have seen in news that SC has put a stay on the intended stay on the reservations in IIT and IIMs... what u ppl think, reservations shud be thr or not????

reservation on the basis of caste .......27% is 2 much.........

it should b organised on the basis of economic class......and not more than 1%............this ruins the quality of our education...........

if there is that much reservation for obc's and scst's its waste of time for people like us to waste time for preparing for jee as only obc people will be filled in such prestigious instns.
it should definitely be reduced if at all we should have a mere chance

No way,it should not be implemented,it would be better if government help Obc's financially than implementing quotas

the reservation of bcs should be kept only for those who get good marks but not for all it should not given like a land of donating its a

tremendous exam on this planet

firstly and strictly reservation must not b there ..... and if it is to b it must b fr people below BPL

jst think a rich SC candidate get reservation but a poor brahmin or any other general donot
is this not a racism?

one must strive for training the obcs up and reserving only for those who cant afford but has the innate merit within oneself

definitely shud not b there.financial help is OK,but 27% reservation will spoil the quality of education.this is all done by politicians with an eye on the people's vote,not that they care reallly.

The government should focus on taking measures to get rid of the caste system. Its completely backward and illogical.

Reserving seats for these people is like indirectly supporting the caste system. They are humans like everyone else... and everyone should be treated equally.

These "SC/ST's" should be treated equally in all aspects of society. Otherwise, the country is just moving backwards.
