Well i do have a solution to your query.. There is not just 1 way through which you can release your stress... I have mentioned a list of stress busters.. Hope these prove to be useful.!!!
1) Medidate. Medidation is the best remedy to release your stress. Whenever you get free time, medidate
2) Listen some soft music. It will make you feel relaxed.
3) Spend some lone time with yourself. Write a journal meanwhile and use your time constructively.
4) Humour is a very good stress buster. Take some time out of your busy schedule and listen or read some good jokes. You'l feel charged up
