neutrons r neutral . it is difficult 2 accelerate them . but we do hav techniques to create neutrons which travel too fast. actually the technique is called " spallation "..... a proton is accerated to very very high energy and made to collide into a nucleus....this results in nucleus disintegration.... but the isolation of neutrons is a complex procedure about which i am not aware of.
