  what is common between metal-metal soluble salts and meta-metal insoluble salts electrodes ?

that the same element behaves as both cathode and anode ( i guess so )

In metal and metal soluble salt electrode the concentration of salt changes with reaction and hence electrode potential changes on drawing current. But when the salt is insoluble its concentration in the solution is always equal to saturation concentration. So electrode potential does not changes on drawing current.
