2 circular loops of equal radii are placed coaxially at some separation.
The first is cut and a battery is inserted to drive a curent in it .
The current changes slightly due to the variation in resistance with temperature.
During this period , the loops ,

[a]attract each oder

[b) Repel each oder

[c] do not exert any force on each oder

[d]attract or repel each other depending on the sense of the current .

 The Lenz Law says that:

An induced electromotive force (emf) always gives rise to a current whose magnetic field opposes the original change in magnetic flux.

In this case we have zero flux...

and now as the current will pass thru one it will create a magnetic field and thrfr flux thru every loop near-by and thrfr there will change in flux and to oppose this change the loop will try to escape from the magnetic field end thrfr REPEL each other!!!!!
