the armature of a DC motor has 20 ohm resistance. it draws current of 1.5 amp wen run by 220 volt DC supply. d value of back emf inducd in it ll b?? as is 190 V ..hw??

The difference between the applied voltage and the back EMF is known as net voltage. So here your applied voltage is 220V and the net voltage is 1.5*20=30V.. So back EMF= 220-30= 190

back emf = applied voltage - voltage drop across armature.use this...
