Q. A coil is placed in magnetic field of strength 6x10^-5 W/m² .The coil has an area of 0.05 m² And has 1500 turns . The coil is rotated 90 degree in 0.1s .If the plane of the coil is initially perpendicular to the direction of the field,then find the induced emf.

Plz explain it.

induced emf = -nd(B.A)/dt

since the coil was rotated through 90 deg, induced emf is max. => B.A = BA

emf= (1500 * 6x 10 ^ -5 * 0.05)/ 0.1

= 0.045 V

/dt) = -N(d(B.A)/dt)

Initially B.A = BA and when it rotated by 90 degrees B.A = 0

Hence d(B.A)/dt = (6x10^-5)(0.05)/(0.1) = 3x10^-5

Hence

= (1500)(3x10^-5) = 0.045 V
