Q.2  Is CURRENT a SCALAR or VECTOR quantity?
 
Q.3  A liquid X of density 3.36g/cm3 is poured in a U -tube,which contains Hg.
       another liquid Y is poured in left arm with height of 8cm,upper levels of X  and Y are same.what is density of Y?

2-current is a scalar quantity bcoz it undergoes simple addition.
also i=q/t where q and t are scalar quantities.

Current is a SCALAR quantity

If nature were not beautiful, it would not be worth knowing, life would not be worth living. Ofcourse I do not here speak of that beauty that strikes the senses, the beauty of qualities & appearances; not that I undervalue such beauty, far from it, but it has nothing to do with science; I mean that profounder beauty which comes from the harmoniuos order of the parts, & which a pure intelligence can grasp.

scalar , current has got no direction witha fixed point of reference.



now are both at 8cm hieght , for answering U also need  quantity I think
