why if the magnetic field "0" on the axisof hallo tube carrying current uniformly distributed on its surface?

By Ampère's law (which is an extension of Biot-Savart Law) :

Tthe integrated magnetic field around a closed loop is proportional to the electric current passing through the loop (inside the loop).

But if we take a loop inside the hollow tube there will be no current passing through / inside that loop signifying that there will be no mangnetic field around that loop.... until we include the surface in the loop!!
