weber is the unit for Flux which is volt-sec.
V=d/dt, d=Vdt which is voltsec

Acc,to Faraday's First law,change in magnetic flux induces an emf.

By Faraday's second law,induced emf is directly proportional to the rate of change of magnetic flux.
ie., e= - d/dt,   d= -edt.
Since the unit of flux is weber,    weber=volts*second where the unit of e is volts.
ie.,volts-sec

Arvind is correct.

Alternative way :

Flux = B.dA

[Flux] = [BA]
         =  [EA/v]
         = [VA/vL]
         = volt-sec

Best Wishes
