what is frequency of D.C current (or voltage) ? what is the frequency of A.C in INDIA?

frequency of AC in India is 50Hz

Frequency =2(pie)/T where T is time period

In D.C. volt. or current remain constant, so T= infinity

Hence Frequency=0

India standard frequency= 50⁺_{_^{1% Hz.}}

DC means direct current and thus there frequency = 0

In india ac voltage has frequency = 50 Hz, rms = 220V

In USA it is = 60Hz, rms = 150V
