If both the magnets are of same strength and conditions are symetric then there will be no charge on capacitor

N pole of one magnet and S pole of another magnet are approaching a closed loop.
I think the condidtions are not symmetric as both will induce current in anticlockwise direction (wrt to the side facing the N pole)
So A will be positive and B will be negetive.
If however both magnet would have had similar poles facing the coil while approaching then they would have cancelled the effect and would have resulted in zero charge on cpacitor.
