I = i(t/T)
rms...from the word it is clear that you have to find root of means square value....
If x is the quantity then mean square of this value is integeration of x^2 over the period where it is defined..divided by the time....
similarly means square value of I is equal to 1/T *int (I)^2.dt and limit is from o to T...
so you get mean square of I = i^2/3
Root mean square of I or rms of I = i/root(3)












mean square value of current = 1/tao int (0 to tao) io^2 t^2/tao^2 dt = io^2/3
so rms= io/root(3)
