what is link between magneti field and electric field ?

electric field= it is the space around a charge in which it can attract or repel the other charge magnetic field it is the space around the current carrying conductor or magnet in which it can attract or repel the magnetic substances. a rest charge is always produced only electric field but in case of moving charge it produce both electric and magnetic field
