when will the charged body go unaccelerated when it is placed in electric and magnetic field

If the magnetic & electric forces r balancing each other both in magnitude & direction, then it will go unaccelerated............

see when the velocity of charge particle "q " is V anb magnetic field is B then the fore due to thizz is

=q( V x B)

thiz force vector is perpendicular to both velocity and magnetic field.

if we now appiled the electricfield force in equal and opposite direction to the magnetic force then we can can prevent acc by charge particle in magnetic field or vice-versa
