is the ans 1.25*10^-2
the main purpose of connecting a shunt is to increase the sensitivity of the ammeter......
now the current through the galvanometer will be the same.........
let the resistance of shunt be R
tot current through the circuit is 2A
so 1*10^-3=(R/R+25)*2
u will get the ans
