calculate the tangential acceleration( experts plz help)
None

A hot air ballon raises fro ground at a constant rate of 2m/s in y direction.As it ascends it acquires a velocity in x direction (due to wind) Vx =5Y where Y  is the ascent.Calculate
tangential acceleration
and compute Y as a function of x...........

you havent mentioned what V is and what x is. the equation Vx=5Y is dimensionally incorrect

Vx =5Y = 5  x  2t   (as vertical velocity is 2 m/s and ascent Y = 2 x t, where t is time elapsed after ascent has started)
Hence Vx = 10t
Tangential acceleration = Acceleration perpendicular to direction of gravity (gravitational acceleration is normal or perpendicular to earth's surface) = Acceleration along the direction of Vx =
= d(Vx)/dt = 10 m/s2
