Yup as Ramayani stated, you can go for the advanced search and look for "elessar_iitkgp" under Search User Names category.

Moreover please write the full question for the experts to answer.

cheers !!

for problem 28...i m denoting friction coeff. as u1 and u2...instead of amd ....

forces on M : grav. force= Mg (vertically down)
tension= 2T(two strings horizontal, one on pulley)
tension= T (vertically down due to string on pulley)
Normal reaction on M at lower surface= N (vertically up)
Normal reaction on M due to m= R (to the left)
Friction due to m on M =f1=u1. R (vertically down)(sliding is going on)
friction in M at lower surface= f2=u2. N (to the left) (sliding is going on)
net force on M vertically up :ZERO
to the right= MA

forces on m : grav force= mg (vertically down)
reaction due to M= R (to the right)
tension= T (vertically up)
friction due to M on m= f1=u1. R(vertically up)
net force on m to the right= mA
net force on m vertically down= ma
The unknowns are N,R,a,A,T,f1,f2,
write a constraint eqn for relating accns a and A.
and a=2A is to be derived from length of string method illustrated in example 6 in page 73 of HCV-1
solve them!!!!

try to do it yourself.... it will take a long long time to draw and explain .... try to understand....please......
