TRANSLATION MEANS THAT THE WHOLE BODY HAS THE SAME VELOCITY
BUT IN RLLING POTION DIFFERENT POINTS HV DIFFFERENT VEOCITIES
SO THIS CANT BE TRUE

Ur question is -

Dude, the word is ''pure''. How can something be in ''pure'' rotation as well as in ''pure'' translation?? And if it is so, then it you cant all it ''pure''. Then u must say that a body is translating as well as rotating which is a very common case.
