Diplacment because of motion of plane in half hr = 60km due west.
So displacement due to wind =(75-60)=15 km due west and 20 km due north
So wind velocity is sqrt(15^2+20^2)/0.5 hr = 50 km/hr making an angle of 37 degree from north due west (tan 37 = 3/4)
