In uniform circular motion speed of the body is constant but velocity changes continuously due to change in direction. Change in velocity is constant for equal time intervals, so acceleration is constant.

So correct options are a and c.

it will be A only.

just see, direction of acceleration will change with time . so not C.

rate if found useful

nso again, right?
