respected moderator,
 i had previously asked the same question under the thread"circular motion problem"  *(in small caps).
mr.edison answered that he could not connect the figure with the description,so i tried to make a crude figure there.
next i searched the problem form the source book and I've given  the page number here(in "CIRCULAR MOTION PROBLEM"),as the  main problem was of figure description. 
hoping that my difficulty would be understood.
