MY QUESTION IS DAT SINCE THERE IS REPULSION BETWEEN D BOTTOM OF D TRAIN & D TRACK DEN WHY DON'T D TRAIN FLY AWAY???????????
IS IT COZ OF NET GRAVITATIONAL FORCE ACTING ON IT OR SOMETHING ELSE

A very high current is passed through rails. This creates magnetic field in the region shown in the direction penetrating the plane of the figure.
Now apply right hand screw rule. You will find that the direction of force is along the rails. Thus the force pushes the train in forward direction.
