yeah ...translational n rotational....cycling :) but i dint understand ur Q properly if this was the Q.then here is the answer

yes,the body exist in two dimensional.
only in vvelocity.
but acceleration exist only in one direction.

who said that acceleration cannot exist in two directions...simple example....a projectile on an inclined.... a component of g even affects the motion in x direction..!!

yeah a body moving in a straight path such as a car on a straight road.. is actually moving in a rotatory and revolving path too for someone watching from the moon for example
