Motion is with respect to a frame. So in my refrence frame earth is stationary but in sun's reference frame it is moving

Accordig to Albert Einstein nothing is absolute, everything is relative. So earth is not at ABSOLUTE rest. Its at rest in my frame of reference, but it is not at ABSOLUTE REST.
AND YOUR QUESTIO NIS VERY CLEAR. YOU ASKED WHETHER EARTH IS IN ABSOLUTE REST RIGHT? THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE -> NO. NO NO.
A frame of ref can only make earth at rest, but not absolute rest. Whoever who respects einstein should rate my answer. Its crystal clear.

1.no
2. for all practical purpose we can consider YOUR earth as an inertial frame.
