When both the drops coalesce, the radius of new body is 21/3r where r=radius of initial body.
Formula of terminal vel is v= 2r2(p - p' )g/9n
Only r is changing. so, v changes by a factor of 22/3.
So final vel is 5 x 22/3 m/s
