Please rephrase your question-couldn't understand it.. An element will take the atom from another element ; that is what constitutes a bond..i didnt understand what you meant by 'taking electron from the bond'.

In an atom, electrons will have different energies only if they are in different orbits, i.e., in an atom electrons in same shell have equal energies , but electrons in different shell will have different energies.
