i m not very sure but let me try.....
here bubbles are intersecting so i guess we can take into account that the cohesive force is stronger than adhesive force
when cohesive force is stronger than adhesive force the angle of contact is obtuse.......clearly in the options only 120 is obtuse
so (A) might bemight be correct option .............

i feel the ans is 90 degrees as the lins would be normals 2 the respective bubles and thus interesect at 90
