Water flows out of a big tank along a horizontal tube AB of length L and radius R and bends at right angle at the other end as shown in the figure. Find the moment of force exerted by water on the tube about the end A. (Assume that the radius of the tube is small.)  'd' and '2d' represent the denisities.

I believe you can find out the velocity of the water coming out of the nozzle

torque about A = force ( Normal Distance )

Force change in momentum per second , There are no external force

sir can u please give me the solution? i tried the same method as you mentioned, but am not able to get any of the answers mentioned above.
