indirectly ,the force which the body is exerting is also included
as by Newton's Law
for every force ,there is equal and opposite reaction
hence when we show reaction force
we indirectly show force exerted by body

because at that time we consider that body as the system and take into account only the forces acting on the body and not the forces exerted by the body.
In that part of HCV where the procedures of drawing a free-body diagram are given, it has been clearly discussed with reference to the horse and cart problem why we take into account only the forces acting on the body and not the forces exerted by the body.

it is not important where u stand, but in which direction u are moving

Suppose that a person A says something bad about the person B
While doing so he doesnot bother what he is doing
what bothers him is the reaction of others.

Similarly while drawing FBD, it doesnot matter what force a body is exerting.
The thing that matters is the forces that the external agencies are exerting on the body.
