It is moving up by certain inclination force F so acceleration is F-Mgsin"theta"-uMgcostheta"=Ma

$\Rightarrow ma=mgsin\theta -\mu mgcos\theta$

$\Rightarrow a=gsin\theta -\mu gcos\theta$

No i think none of you are correct one... The sure answer for above question is a=-g(sin@+mucos@) where @ implies theta and mu implies coefficient of kinetic friction... hoe you all are satisfied by this answer.. please comment it if any wrong...
