Naturally the mass of Helium is more than mass of wall of bubble.The bubble is made up of thick layer of water,so the mass of the helium is more than mass of bubble.In a bubble the thickness of watercan be neglected,hence the mass.
yaar i think its the wall of the bubble....... reason......is that the inverse of it would be hypothetical...
denisty = mass/ vol.
and only a higher denser body can enclose a lower one.... otherwise difusion will take place in the bubble.......

kundan wall will be heavier but the reason is different.HINT THINK ABT. AIR DISPLACEMENT,DENSITY OF HELIUM IS LESS THAN HALF THE DENSITY OF AIR.NOW POST THE ANSWER
