if the hemispheres r non identical in mass & rad. then the system would be no longer be a perfect sphere it would be like the shape of earth with center of mass shifted from the center so it will be in eqlm. but the eqlm can be distubed when an external force is applied.

Yes just like an Egg does.
An EGG is wider at one end and narrow at the other... so it tends to rotate along the narrow end and finally come in equilibrium with the wider end being towards the lower side of the slope.

if u just apply a external force the eqlm. of the system would be disturbed it will start to move down the incline.

HINT ext force in the form of mgsino is already acting.but the normal is not acting on the geometrical centre bcoz the centre of mass is already shifted
