hi atahrva ,

conceptually speaking angular momentum is right ,but if u do not get an idea yhen try this , since only one option is right so the first 3 options are directly related to verlocity and so if velocity is affected the first 3 are deffintely aff but the fourth one also depends on the radius too so angula momentum is right

Kepler's law of equal areas states that the area swept out by a planet in a certain length of time is always the same. It is  fairly simple to show that the equal area law amounts to a statement that the planet's angular momentum stays constant.

The Scientist does not study nature because it is useful; he studies it because he delights in it, & he delights in it because it is beautiful. If nature were not beautiful, it would not be worth knowing, life would not be worth living. Ofcourse I do not here speak of that beauty that strikes the senses, the beauty of qualities & appearances; not that I undervalue such beauty, far from it, but it has nothing to do with science; I mean that profounder beauty which comes from the harmoniuos order of the parts, & which a pure intelligence can grasp.

its angular momentum
as one of the thing i.e either velocity or radius then other decreases simultaneously
