gravitation........... a paritce is rought from infinity to pnt a by an exteranl force. initiallly

Kinematics , NewtonsLawsCirMotion , Work Power Energy collisions , Rotation , Gravitation , Simple Harmonic Motion , Fluid Mechanics , Materials Wave Sound , Super Position , units dimensions , com momentum , shm , wave sound

gravitation...........a paritce is rought from infinity to pnt a by an exteranl force. initiallly k.e. of the particle is 0 and at pnt a is 3ms ........... and the mass of the paricle is a. the work done by the force is 5.5J find potential at pnt a .....my working........ since the work done by the force of gravity is ij by applying k.e. theorem the answer should be 1j but the answer is 10... cnt understand

sir this is only possible ....... when the work done by the object is negative........... but this cant happen pls help urgently
