Not a good question.
please dun tell me that u are a student who wants to be in IIT and asks such a ridicolous question.
No offences from my side and am not being rude but mate mechanics is a subject and studying it is as simple as opening the book and doing the sums after referring to the theorems as well as solved examples.
Do everything slowly and steadily.thats all.
