i'm weak in mechanics how do i improve ... i know the theory but i fail in applying them correctly

Physics , Mechanics , Kinematics , NewtonsLawsCirMotion , Work Power Energy collisions , Rotation , Gravitation , Simple Harmonic Motion , Fluid Mechanics , Materials Wave Sound , Super Position , units dimensions , com momentum , shm , wave sound

i'm weak in mechanics how do i improve ...i know the theory but i fail in applying them correctly in questions and how do i concentrate on physics as i keep getting distracted

it's all in practice..but just analyse the paper pakka..that can boost u r performance by 20 percent...i want to ask u 1 thing (nudge buk)
